石英晶體
人造石英單晶是用水熱法在高壓釜中生長的，具有左旋和右旋形態。石英晶體的應力雙折射低且折射率均勻性高，透光范圍為0.15-4μm。由于其壓電特性、低熱膨脹系數、優良的力學和光學特性，石英晶體被用于電子、精密光學和激光技術、光通信、X-射線光學和壓力傳感器等方面。
